1,200 New Student Beds coming to the University of Cincinnati

Facing a record enrollment this year, the University has decided to lease two blocks of off-campus apartment buildings to use as additional student housing for the incoming freshmen class. Block leases for UC are routine in order to expand their housing capacity and the Board of Trustees has approved $108.5 million for the new leases starting in Fall 2024.
