Anchor Wellness Center to open second location in Evendale

Anchor Wellness Center will celebrate the grand opening of its second location in Evendale on June 17.

The space, located at 10400 Reading Road, has a gym-meets-spa feel and includes more than 7,000 square feet of space according to founder, Sarah Crawford.

Anchor bills itself as a one-stop shop for physical therapy, clinical Pilates, lifestyle coaching, nutritional therapy and yoga therapy.

The company works by partnering with small businesses and individual operators and combining their offerings into one full suite of services for clients. Currently, seven small businesses with staffs ranging from one to 13 people operate through Anchor.

“(Evendale) allows us to increase our movement medicine focus as well as other bodywork providers,” Crawford, a licensed physical therapist, said. “Our Kenwood space is looking to add mental health providers as well.”
