John Henry Homes will be building the 36 townhomes which will be stretched across six different buildings.  The Five acre site allows for 7 units per 1 acre.  The townhomes will be rentable units which will offer 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

As the cost of homeownership has become unattainable by most, renting has become the only option – albeit, not an affordable option as rent increases have seen prices comparable to mortgage payments.
