Brandicorp, Neyer Properties starting second phase of Montgomery Quarter

Neyer Properties and Brandicorp have partnered to form The Gateway Partners Montgomery development team as they begin the second phase on Montgomery Quarter.

In the second phase you can expect to see another 240 apartments, with a rental price tag of $1,300-3,500 per month. The unit types will consist of one bed, two bed, and penthouse units.

No contractor or architect for the project has been confirmed according to the Cincinnati Business Courier.
