Cincinnati’s Dan Pierson raising $10M investment fund

At the age of 20, Dan Pierson, started a snap fitness on 7th Street back in 2012. Fast forward 12 years, Dan is now raising investment funds for a 33-acre, 50-bungalow resort in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Along with the resort, the fund will also invest in self-storage, retail and large apartment buildings. Dan prides himself in finding the most beneficial deals for his investors – with a criteria that requires a return on all invested capital plus profits within 3 years and long term holding plans.

Pierson Equity Group investors consist of accredited investors only, with a target towards dentists, doctors and lawyers. Mainly high-net worth individuals.
