Developer PLK Communities welcomes residents to Meribel, its first Springboro community

PLK Communities is opening the Meribel at the Springs roughly 13 months after construction on the project started. When complete later this year, the community will have 168 residences.

Meribel is located at 10 Aime Drive in Springboro’s Settlers Walk, a massive home and retail development in the Cincinnati suburb.

The developer saw a need for residents who want to be in the school district but couldn’t afford to purchase a home – or find one due to the dearth of homes in the region.

Meribel has 80 two-bedroom units and 88 three-bedroom units across two floors. Each unit has its own outdoor space, granite countertops, full-size washer-dryer connections, luxury vinyl tile flooring and carpet.

All units are 990-1,280 square feet and have private entries.

Units on the second floor also have vaulted ceilings in the living room and primary bedroom.

PLK Construction was the general contractor on Meribel. Evelar Design Group was the architect, and Viox & Viox Inc. was the site engineer.

Meribel, announced in December 2022, is PLK’s first new construction property outside the Cincinnati market.
