Drees Homes joins $105M Union Village housing development in Warren County

A massive long-term housing project north of Cincinnati is well into its first phase, adding a new builder to its arsenal for current and future development.
The under-construction Union Village sits on 1,230 acres at 3855 Lower Market St. The master plan includes up to 4,500 residential units and up to one million square feet of commercial space. More than 25% of the development will be green space.
Drees marks the 10th builder amid nine others constructing homes at Union Village. Nearly all the homebuilders involved are based in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Drees Homes broke ground on its first set of four homes earlier in October with anticipated completion in February or March 2024. Initial offerings feature two floor plans starting in the upper $400,000’s with square footage between 2,100 and 2,500.
Phase one of Union Village, estimated at $105 million, includes 90 homes between 10 homebuilders, 21 townhomes and a small mixed-use area. The neighborhood will include a variety of homes including one- and two-story homes, townhomes and luxury duplexes within walking distance to a town square. In warmer months, live music draws a crowd to Union Village Square, where shops and restaurants will also be built.
