Fischer Homes plans $50 million suburban Cincinnati development, Wadestone

Grand Communities LLC, the development arm of Erlanger-based Fischer Homes, is planning to build 93 homes on 48 acres near West Factory Road in Springboro. Total sales for the community, named the Wadestone, are expected to be $50 million.

The majority of the development, 48 homes, will be made up of the homebuilder’s designer homes, with the other lots featuring 27 masterpiece homes and 18 patio homes. The floor plans range from 1,500 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet, with five-level, two-story and ranch-style options.

The housing community will sit minutes away from Dorothy Lane Market and Austin Landing – two of the region’s top shopping destinations – as well as other dining and shopping options on state Route 73.

Fischer Homes anticipates sales to start in December. Buyers can personalize their home at the Fischer Homes Lifestyle Design Center in Washington Township.
