The Crossings at Walton Square will consist of 125 condos that start at prices as low as $192,000. All the condos will be from Fischer’s Gallery II Condominium Collection, according to a news release, where prices range from $190,000 to upwards of $250,000.

Crossings at Walton Square is located within the Walton-Verona Independent School District. It’s also within walking distance to Walton Towne Center, which has a Kroger, Kohl’s and Starbucks.

The condos will also meet the growing demand for low-maintenance living. The Gallery II Condo Collection includes yard work and snow removal services, according to a release.

In addition to those services, buyers of the condos will get up to 1,500 square feet of living space with private entries, depending on their floor plan. No-step homes and units with attached garages are also available, according to a release.

Sales at Crossings at Walton Square are expected to begin by the end of the summer.
