High Paying and Hybrid work trend emerges

Historically, high paying jobs have required their talent to come into the office – even after the pandemic, most of these high-paying employers preferred the return to work model that also meant a return to the office and the old ways of 9-5.  While 60% of workers surveyed said they preferred hybrid work and felt that it helped their productivity (51% of HR leaders agreed).   Have these talented employees and their high paying employers found their compromise?  In 2024, hybrid work has become the standard, and 87% of HR leaders surveyed, said the hybrid work had a positive impact on productivity, job satisfaction and work-life harmony.

New fields are embracing the high-paying ($250k+), hybrid work model every day, amongst those included are doctors, lawyers, psychiatrists, therapists, sales reps, marketing managers and more. When surveyed, 65% of workers say flexibility is the most important job criteria after salary.
