When complete, Oakley Place will include a north and south building, each consisting of four units.

Oakley Place dwellings are four stories, and they each have their own covered terrace and garage. Elevators can also be installed in each unit.

There are options for two to three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Each has an open kitchen and living concept. The units are also LEED Platinum certified, the highest possible certification and a part of Cincinnati’s LEED tax abatement program.

Each unit is more than 2,450 square feet and feels even larger than that, Director of Marketing Megan Allen said. The townhomes are starting in the $890,000 range. So far, there’s been a “great deal of interest” in them, though none have sold yet.

Justin Doyle Homes is the seventh-largest homebuilder in Greater Cincinnati, according to Business Courier research. Its 2021 local revenue totaled over $21.9 million.
