More Converted Apartment Buildings to be Introduced in Downtown Cincinnati

The vacant building and self-storage site located at 26 W. Seventh St. and 223 W. Fourth St., will be converted into 70 affordable senior housing apartments.  Model Group received need funding from low-income tax credits and will also receive federal historic tax credits.

The apartments will be managed by National Church Residences.  The apartments will be rented to senior at or below 60% to 80% of the area’s median income.
