NEST, Urban Sites, Over-the-Rhine Community Housing plan major mixed-use project at Northside’s entrance

The Northside Gateway project by Northsiders Engaged in Sustainable Transformation (NEST), Urban Sites and Over-the-Rhine Community Housing will rehabilitate the Stagecraft building and construct a new building at 3919-3927 Old Ludlow Ave.

The development includes 50-70 apartments.

The units will be affordable to those making 60% of the area median income, and include some commercial space. For a single person, 60% of the area median income is $42,500 per year, while a family of four would make $60,700. The apartments will range in size between efficiencies and three bedrooms.

The developers are seeking low-income housing tax credits for the project, which is aiming for completion in 2026.
