The former Saks Fifth Avenue Building in Downtown Cincinnati will be undergoing a major redevelopment soon, but some things will remain the same. The Hyatt Regency Ballroom will keeps it’s place atop of the former Saks building and will also continue to share a loading dock and basement.
The Cost of the redevelopment has gone from $23 million last summer, to now $30 million. 3CDC is looking to sign an anchor office tenant for the second floor, and possibly a restaurant for the 7,400 of the first floor – to include outdoor dining.
