Next Phase of Madisonville’s RED apartments moving forward

By the end of the year, Circle Development expects to start construction on the fourth building of RED apartments with 100 new units.

The three current buildings offer 298 units. The RED apartments takes a unique approach to apartment-living – they hired a lifestyle director to create and plan engaging community events for the tenants. The apartments have been fully leased since opening in 2018.

All of the RED apartment units feature high-end finishes with a plethora of art pieces displayed in the common areas for everyone to enjoy.
