Neyer Properties, WP Land Co. unveil first homes at $200 million Oakley residential community

The homes in the Three Oaks Development in Oakley, represent a taste of what is to come at Foundry Park over the next three to four years: 20 additional homes will be built next year, and upon completion, there will be 106 total single-family residences. Homes are priced between $799,900 to more than $1 million.

The first seven homes are almost complete and are now for sale, according to a news release.

Foundry Park’s homes will range from two to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, emphasizing homeowner’s design choice, offering eight different floorplans and more than 16 different exterior elevations.

Homes will range from between 2,400 to more than 3,500 square feet.

Neyer is also working alongside Oakley Community Council to establish a pedestrian tunnel under the railroad tracks to the north of Three Oaks.

The tunnel would better connect Three Oaks to the nearby Oakley Station development, which is anchored by a Kroger Marketplace, Cinemark Theater and more.
