See inside the Residences at Montgomery Quarter, apartments at $150M suburban Cincinnati development

The Residences at Montgomery Quarter is a new luxury apartment community in the heart of the city, featuring more than 100 units with townhome and garden-style floor plans. As punch list items wrap up on the townhomes, the community is already seeing between 70-80% of the units leased.

The apartments are a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. The bulk have two bedrooms and bathrooms, said Property Manager Megan Yanulaitis. Rents range between $1,300 to $1,900 for one-bedroom units and $2,200 to $3,500 for two-bedroom units.

The Residences at Montgomery Quarter are part of the larger Montgomery Quarter development, developed by Brandicorp, Neyer Properties and Casto. The development’s first phase includes hundreds of thousands of square feet in restaurant, retail, office and residential space. Walkability is a key feature. Residents are able to easily access the built-in amenities around them.

The townhomes have attached garages.

Many of the residents at Montgomery Quarter are Cincinnati transplants, Yanulaitis said. At first, many of the community’s residents were Montgomery residents who wanted to downsize while still remaining in the Cincinnati suburb. Those individuals primarily leased the penthouses and other larger units.
