Two Vacant Cincinnati Buildings Converted into Apartments

Cincinnati can add two new apartment buildings to the list of recent conversions and renovations. The Barrister Apartments, located at 214-216 E Ninth Street, offers 6 efficiencies, 6 one-bed units, 24 two-bed units, and 8 three-bed units.

The Project received federal low income housing tax credits as well as historic tax credits.
