20 projects that will bring change to different corners of Cincinnati in 2023

Here Are the Top 5:

(1) The Terraces- 15 W. Sixth St. downtown – will include a mix of retail, residential, parking and restaurant spaces – and the reintroduction of the former hotel’s Gourmet Room.

(2) The District at Clifton Heights – 310 Straight St., Cincinnati 45219 – it will have more than 3,000 residents, create 2,000 jobs and generate $11 million in annual taxes.

(3) Artisan Village – 11700 Princeton Pike, Springdale 45246 – up to 2,600 multifamily residences; 600,000 square feet for retail, restaurant, and entertainment; 750,000 square feet of office space; and 400 hotel rooms.

(4) TQL’s headquarters expansion – 4289 Ivy Pointe Blvd., Cincinnati 45245 –  A 157,510-square-foot, three-story addition, being built on the south wing of the HQ, will essentially mirror its current footprint, pushing its total square footage to 390,620.

(5) Model Group’s master plan for Walnut Hills – 2429, 2449 and 2524 Gilbert Ave., 954 E. McMillan St. and 921 William Howard Taft Road, Cincinnati 45206 – will add 98 residences, as well as preserve 83 senior housing units at the Alexandria. Later in the year, it will start construction on an apartment building that will add another 60 units.
