Cincinnati’s West Side to welcome 24 new homes on half-acre sites

The Ram Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker, is developing Janson Woods in Green Township. Each of the 24 home sites with be set on a half-acre lot. The development with be located off Rybolt Road and will offer the homes ranging in prices anywhere from $475,000 – $700,000. Drees homes will be the exclusive builder for Janson Woods.

There will be a mix of ranch and story-story home options with the size ranging from 2,800 sqft – 3,500 sqft. Work was started in early March.
