Everything all in one, that’s how one might describe the masterplan for Eastgate Mall, which includes an entertainment district, housing, retail, restaurants, offices, green space and recreation areas.

The plan is being called “Envision Eastgate” and will face many hurdles to see it come to fruition. The land is owned by 11 different private owners. The plan came together with the input of the community, and was created by MSP Design.
