107 apartments coming to OTR

Model Group is planning to renovate 9 vacant OTR buildings into 107 apartment units. The unit mix will consist of studios, one and two bedroom apartments. Construction is set to begin in 2025 and will be a major boost to downtown residential construction. The project, called The Reid Flats, received $3.1 million in historic tax credit awards from Ohio.
