Vision & Beyond Capital Investments announced Tuesday it had opened an office in New York City to continue fueling its growth.

The firm leased the entire 20th floor of 655 Madison Ave. in Manhattan’s Lenox Hill neighborhood. The office is a block from Central Park and at the edge of Midtown.

“We are broadening our pool of funding to advance Vision & Beyond’s commitment to value-add multifamily opportunities and other investment products,” Wenner said in a release. “By having a position in New York, we can make deeper inroads with partners that will help sustain our commitment.”

Vision & Beyond has existing operations in Cincinnati, Houston and Tel Aviv, according to a release. It has acquired over 3,000 multifamily units across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Texas.
Vision & Beyond was founded in 2018 by Grinberg and Peter Gizunterman, both veterans of the Israel Defense Forces.

It focuses on “value-add properties,” The firm pivoted its focus to larger properties in recent years, listing some of its smaller assets for sale in 2022.
