Torque Motor Suites is the brainchild of Dan Neyer from Neyer Properties. Recognizing the lack of suitable temperature controlled and easily accessible garage storage. Car owners living in the city don’t always have easy access to their prized possessions and Neyer aims to give them a place where they can come to enjoy their cars and other prized possessions in a place that can also be used to entertain friends or work remote.

The condos with be 1200 square feet which includes a 400sqft mezzanine and pricing will start in the low $300,000s. The plan is to locate the garages near neighborhoods where the average net worth is over $2million. The opening is expected to take place around summer 2025.
