NP Development out of Kansas City, broke ground on their newest development May 16th. No stranger to luxury apartments and the needs of their residents, NP Development maybe setting the bar when it comes to the luxury amenities in the Cincinnati area.

The property will include 331 units whose residents will be able to enjoy the use of a fitness center, wellness center with yoga studio, beauty bar, dry sauna, coworking lounge, private conference room, podcast recording studio, coffee bar, pet spa and a heated pool with a grilling pavilion. With the exception of a grocery store – residents won’t need to leave the property for some of their favorite perks.

The Noble is expected to open in fall of 2025.
