Downtown’s 312 Elm opens new amenity spaces worth $2 million

The office tower at 312 Elm St.’s sky lounge and outdoor roof deck are now open on the building’s 14th floor. The space can now be used by tenants at 312 Elm and 312 Plum, both owned by Rubenstein Partners.

“This one-of-a-kind amenity takes full advantage of the building’s exceptional location and panoramic views, while providing an additional space for tenants to collaborate and host events.”

The sky lounge includes a tenant lounge area, kitchenette, training room and alternative workspace. The lounge can also be reserved by tenants in Rubenstein’s two buildings and can be used for events.

The roof deck, along with the lounge, offer views of downtown Cincinnati, including views of Paycor Stadium, the Banks and Great American Ball Park. The roof deck also has an outdoor bar.

The opening of the sky lounge and outdoor deck round off Rubenstein’s latest phase of upgrades to both 312 Elm and 312 Plum. Across both buildings, millions of dollars were spent upgrading the lobbies, hallways and some conference rooms. At the time, the sky lounge and roof deck were expected to be an about $2 million project.
