Drees Homes to be the first Developer for the Covington Central Riverfront project.

Drees plans to build 16 townhomes on fourth street. The townhomes will be equipped with private garages, balconies and front courtyard. Buyer will also have an option for a third story onto the townhome unit.

Groundbreaking for this project is expected to take place this year and should be completed within 30 months with a price tag of around $7 million dollars.

The Covington Central Riverfront project is set to include space for the following:

99,800 square feet of retail
444,840 square feet of office space
68,800 square feet of entertainment space
757 residential units for rent
30 residential lots for sale

There have also been talks of expanding the Northern Kentucky Convention Center and adding a hotel as well.
