The 150-unit apartments complex is the vision of Blue-Ash Based developer, Hills Properties. Altair sits on 8 acres on Weaver Road.

The unit mix is unique to this new development, offering mainly 2 bedroom units with another 57 of those that will have 2.5 bathrooms and a den. The aim is to pull in the working family and roommate demographics.

Rents will range from $1,300 to $2,150. Residents will have luxury finishes, a standalone clubhouse, fitness center, saltwater pool, cyber cafe, pet spa, and electric car charging stations to enjoy.
