New Home2 Suites Coming to Downtown Cincinnati

The new hotel will occupy the former Ching Building at 614 Race Street. Plans include 109 rooms coming in to the tune of $28 million. The renovation is a direct result of the Duke Energy Convention Center overhaul.

Four stories will be added to the existing building for a total of 10 stories. The developer currently owns eight hotels in the Cincinnati area and is experienced in story overbuilds.
