The community, located at 1901 Bigelow St., has two roof decks overlooking the Queen City, among other resident amenities.

The first residents moved in early December of last year, and the property is already 6% leased.

Uptown is billing the Alto as a new view of Cincinnati living. The luxury apartment community boasts a 24-hour access fitness studio and yoga room; community room with a demonstration kitchen; coffee bar; grilling stations; heated saltwater pool; dog park and spa; and on-site storage.

The community includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with more than 180 units. There’s also two-bedroom, two-story townhomes.

Rents start at $1,700 for a one-bedroom unit, with upward of $2,800 for a three-bedroom unit.

Units include stainless steel appliances; quartz countertops; tile backsplash; in-unit washers and dryers; and California closets.

“There’s no other view like this in Cincinnati,” Patrice Eby Burke, vice president of development for Uptown, said.
