Springdale to see hundreds of new apartments

Milhaus, Onyx + East have plans to transform the 17.8-acre site, just north of the Springdale Showcase Cinema de Lux 18, into townhomes and apartments.

The development will offer 6 three-story buildings that will house 216 apartments. The Apartment unit mix will include 54 studios, 114 one-bed units, 48 two-bed units. Rent will span from $1,250 – $2,500.

Another 16 buildings will house 90 townhome units with a unit mix that includes 24 two-bed units and 66-three-bed units.

Amenities for residents will include a Clubhouse, dog park, pool, outdoor space and path for connectivity. Milhaus expects to break ground in early 2025.
