Cincinnati to welcome new boutique hotel on 4th street

New York based Blue Suede Hospitality Group purchased the 108-year old building at 33 W. 4th Street for $1.9mm.

The developers plan to preserve the facade and historic character of the building. The Building was constructed in 1916 for George F. Otte Carpets Co.

The project is currently in the early stages of forming a development plan.
