Corporex unveils expanded condo floorplans at $1 billion Ovation in Newport

Corporex Cos. is rolling out sales for its final luxury residences at the $1 billion Ovation development in Newport as demand for the riverfront properties continues to rise.

With more than 70% of the condos in the first two Boardwalk Residences already purchased, Corporex announced Sept. 10 it’s opening sales for the final building.

The first-floor retail opportunities remain the same in the final building, but due to feedback from potential buyers, the master developer has announced seven new available floor plans for the condos.

Tom Banta, Corporex’s chief real estate officer, said many buyers loved the views and location of the Boardwalk Residences and asked if they could have two combined units in the buildings.

There will be 29 condo units for sale in the final building, with prices starting at $995,000.

Corporex has an “experience center” at Ovation where potential residents, tenants and businesses can get a closer look at the development. The developer also is using some of the same technology found in the video game Fortnite to bring the Boardwalk Residences to life for virtual 3D tours.
