$29 Million Mid-rise Apartments Project near UC

Uptown Rental Properties has announced their newest project, The Point, located near the UC campus on William Howard Taft Road. The development will offer 190 beds in 55 units that will be spread amongst five stories. The unit mix will include 40 four-bed/four-bath units, 5 studio units, 5 two-bed/two-bath units and 5 three-bed/three-bath units.

Residents will will be able to enjoy a variety of amenities including a study room, fitness room, in and outdoor clubhouse as well as a package pick-up area. The development is geared toward students but is open to anyone.

The project is expected to start leasing in October 2024, with the first residents moving in around August 2025.
