Hundreds of new apartments will soon be available for rent in Northern Kentucky. BRG recently broke ground on their newest multifamily development called Hebron Station.

The development will include 256 units spread amongst 13 buildings on a 16.7 acre lot. Pre-leasing will open up in the fall with the project expected to be complete by October 2025.

Future residents will be able to choose from one bedroom units with a starting cost of $1,175, or two bedroom units with a starting cost of $1,475 per month. Community amenities will include a pool, fitness center, cyber cafe, clubhouse and fire pit. This development will closely resemble BRG’s other development, Parkway Trails. The idea behind the development being that residents earning $15/hr will find the lease affordable.
